Full-Time Entry Level Sales Representative (AT&T)

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face connecting residential customers with incredible tech and services. If you have the hustle and a great attitude, we’ll teach you the rest. No prior sales experience? No problem. Whether your background is in retail, restaurants, customer service, or you're just starting out, we provide comprehensive training to give you all the tools you need to shine.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
Connecting with People: Hitting the field to chat with folks in your designated area and introduce them to awesome AT&T services.
Finding the Perfect Fit: Asking the right questions to figure out exactly what wireless plans and products match a customer's lifestyle.
Showing Off Great Tech: Delivering simple, engaging presentations on why AT&T is the absolute best choice for their needs.
Closing the Deal: Guiding customers smoothly through the signup and activation process, leaving them with a smile.
Leveling Up: Jumping into ongoing training sessions and one-on-one coaching to boost your sales skills, confidence, and product knowledge.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 0–2 years in the workforce. If you’ve survived the rush in retail, hospitality, or customer service, those skills translate perfectly here!
A Sponge for Knowledge: You love learning, are open to coaching, and are excited to master a proven sales process.
