Full-Time Evening & Weekend Membership Sales / Operations Supervisor

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Heights Wellness Retreat is looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Operations Supervisor to lead our evening and weekend team.

We need a true go-getter who takes initiative, motivates others, holds the team accountable, and knows how to drive membership sales. You are someone who doesn't make excuses, embraces challenges, finds solutions, and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance.
Drive monthly membership sales goals and personally lead by example.
Coach the team on sales, guest engagement, and retention.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
Take initiative, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience required.
Proven sales experience and ability to meet goals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold others accountable.
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
Must be comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (30-35 hours per week).
Evening and weekend shifts only.
$22–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
