This is a floater position that will require up to 80% travel via plane or car.

About the RoleYou'll be responsible for a territory of 50+ kiosks throughout the Kentucky area. This role combines technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and customer relationship building to ensure our kiosks remain operational and profitable.If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being your own manager throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and restocking of kiosk machinesTroubleshoot and repair kiosks to maximize uptime and customer satisfactionRespond to service calls and perform on-site repairsInstall new kiosks and replace or upgrade existing equipmentMonitor kiosk performance and proactively resolve connectivity or power-related issuesManage inventory and replacement parts within your assigned territoryPartner with store personnel to maintain strong business relationshipsIdentify opportunities to improve revenue through better machine placement, optimization, and service execution

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license with an excellent driving recordReliable transportation with active automobile insuranceComfortable using hand tools and troubleshooting mechanical equipmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage a service territoryBasic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of field service, maintenance, merchandising, or related experienceElectromechanical repair and maintenance experienceRetail field operations experienceExperience diagnosing and resolving mechanical or technical issues

Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role that involves daily travel between customer locations. No two days are the same, and you'll work in a variety of retail environments.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularlyOccasionally push or pull up to 100 lbsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and drivingDaily travel throughout the assigned territory, which may include driving up to 200 miles per day
