Full Time General Manager

Location: On-site (RV Resort / Hospitality Property)

Position Summary

The General Manager leads all daily operations of the property, overseeing staff, guest services, and overall performance to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments including operations, maintenance, and guest services
• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Handle escalated guest or operational issues
• Coordinate with ownership or leadership on property goals and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, campgrounds, resorts, or similar environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with budgeting, operations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple departments
• Professional and results-driven mindset
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
