Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member (Full-Time)
Prestonwood Country Club is seeking motivated, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining three championship golf courses that provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Position Responsibilities
As a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member, you will help maintain the beauty and playability of our golf courses by:
- Performing early morning golf course setup duties
- Mowing and trimming turf areas using walking and riding mowers
- Maintaining greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers (sand traps)
- Operating landscaping and turf maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with course improvement projects and daily maintenance tasks
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality course conditions
- Providing a positive, service-oriented approach while working on the property
Schedule
- Full-time positions
- Hours typically range from 6:00 AM until dusk
- Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Flexible availability is a plus
Compensation
Competitive tiered pay: $15-$20 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and ability to operate turf maintenance equipment and machinery.

Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, golf course maintenance, or equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
