Duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcome each guest and seat according to guest preferences following our operational guidelines.
• Understand food & beverage offerings
• Offering exceptional customer service to our guests
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by managers

The hourly rate for this position is $16.75. This position is also eligible to earn overtime, and under certain circumstances, tips and service charges.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to stand for up to 8 hours
• Positive attitude and social skills
• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• This position requires flexible availability for the season, including weekends, AM, PM shifts and holidays
