Connected Health Care is partnering with a leading healthcare facility near Wichita, Kansas to recruit a Full-Time Med/Surg Registered Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates looking to launch their career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Job Description:
As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy according to established protocols
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, documenting changes in medical records
Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Educating patients and families on care plans, procedures, and disease management
Ensuring compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital policies
Supporting new grad nurses with mentorship and hands-on guidance

Education & Certification Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
