Overview

We have an immediate opening for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized professional to join our team in a full-time clinical support role. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering excellent patient care, maintaining efficient workflow, and supporting providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms, ensure proper stocking of supplies, and maintain a clean, organized clinical area.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, rooming, and routine clinical procedures.
  • Record vital signs, update patient information, and document relevant clinical details accurately.
  • Support patient scheduling, follow-up communications, and coordination of care as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, managing records, and processing forms.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality procedures in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent clinical training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office software preferred.
