About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
• Assist in the training of new security staff as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on duty.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Valid guard card and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Have a smart phone (iPhone or Android).
