What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with STNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent resident care.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies throughout the night.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others.
• Dependability and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
