Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director – Lake Placid, FL

Synergy Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director for a full-time position in an outpatient clinic at La Casa an Assisted Living/Memory Care (AL/MC) community in Lake Placid, FL.

We are looking for a team-oriented COTA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)

Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required

Active Florida OTA license (or eligible for licensure)
