Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Utilize evidence-based methods to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
- CPR certification required.
- Previous outpatient experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
