Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain Excellence: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor to ensure a premium member experience.
Stay Stocked: Keep locker rooms fully supplied with all necessary paper products and amenities.
Eye for Detail: Inspect the facility and promptly report any broken or missing equipment (faucets, showers, gym gear) to the Club Manager.
Member Care: Follow our "Lost and Found Policy," safely turning in any misplaced member property immediately.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Prior custodial or cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most!
Reliability: Punctuality and absolute reliability for the
M-F 10pm-6am third shift are a must. Must be able to work alone if needed.
Independence: Ability to solve problems autonomously and work efficiently without direct supervision.
Professionalism: High School diploma/GED equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands Continual standing, walking, reaching, and moving during the shift.
Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds and safely handle standard cleaning chemicals.
