Full-Time Packaging Line Operator | Manassas, VA

PRONTO FULFILLMENT LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Packaging Line Operator to join our growing dietary supplement manufacturing team in Manassas, Virginia. No previous manufacturing experience is required – we provide full on-the-job training!

Salary: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Position Overview

As a Packaging Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring that finished dietary supplements meet our quality and safety standards.

You will work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment alongside a supportive team.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Prepare packaging materials, including bottles, caps, labels, boxes, and other supplies.

• Assist with setting up and adjusting packaging equipment for production runs.

• Inspect finished products for correct labeling, packaging quality, and visible defects.

• Pack, seal, label, and prepare finished products according to company procedures.

• Monitor packaging processes and report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors.

• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.

• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

• Work with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Assist with other production tasks and participate in cross-training as needed.

Requirements / Skills

• No previous manufacturing or packaging experience required – training will be provided.

• Basic English skills: ability to read, understand instructions, and complete simple written forms.

• Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a work shift.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move packaging materials as required.

• Willingness to learn how to operate packaging machinery.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience

• No specific education or previous experience required.

• Experience in packaging, warehouse operations, or manufacturing is a plus but not necessary.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Pay: $17–$18 per hour, based on experience.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
