Job description:
The role: An UHNW couple is seeking an exceptional Traveling Private Chef to join their household on a full-time, permanent basis. The chef will travel regularly between the family's residences in Miami, New York, Aspen, London, and Saint-Tropez, with the family typically spending six to eight months of the year in the United States. The role includes preparing daily lunch and dinner for the principals, pre-preparing breakfast for the following morning, and providing lunch for four to six household staff. The position is due to begin in Late Summer 2026.
Food and cuisine preferences: The family enjoys a refined, health-focused style of cooking with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients. Preferred cuisines include Middle Eastern, French, Italian, and Asian, with a focus on fish, chicken, vegetables, and clean eating. Meals should be light, nutritious, and beautifully presented. Experience producing healthy snacks, protein-based treats, and nutritious baked goods is highly valued. The chef will source and purchase premium organic ingredients and maintain consistently high culinary standards across all residences.
Contract and package:
This is a full-time, permanent W2 position with a 90-day probation period. Salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000+ per year, depending on experience. Health insurance is provided following successful completion of the three-month probation period. Accommodation is provided in New York, Aspen, London, and Saint-Tropez, while the chef is responsible for securing their own accommodation when based in Miami, typically from early January until mid-May. The working schedule is generally Sunday through Thursday, from approximately 9:00am until the completion of dinner service, usually around 7:00pm to 8:00pm. A valid driving licence is required. Applicants must hold valid US and/or UK work authorisation or residency with the ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Additional information:
Applicants must have Michelin-star restaurant experience together with a strong background working as a Private Chef within UHNW households. The chef will manage menu planning, provisioning, and grocery shopping across all residences, with some local support available in Miami. Strong organisational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work closely with principals and household staff are essential. Occasional short trips and day visits aboard the family's private yacht may be required, although no yachting certifications are needed.
