Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Run PLACE lead generation systems every week
• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert with signed agreements
• Track tasks in PLACE technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Join weekly script practice and team trainings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas real estate agent, or actively working toward your license
• Available full time
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Coachable, growth minded, and organized
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
