    Overview

    Are you ready to build a rewarding full-time career while helping others experience the world? We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Full-Time Remote Travel Advisors.

    As a Full-Time Remote Travel Advisor, you'll assist clients with planning vacations that reflect their interests, travel style, and budget. You'll help guide travelers through every stage of the planning process, from selecting destinations and comparing vacation options to coordinating reservations and preparing itineraries. Whether clients are interested in cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, luxury travel, destination celebrations, or international adventures, you'll play an important role in creating memorable travel experiences.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and staying organized in a remote environment. No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

    Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to understand their travel plans, preferences, and expectations
    • Research vacation destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and packaged travel experiences
    • Develop personalized travel recommendations that align with client goals and budgets
    • Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
    • Explain travel options, pricing, supplier promotions, and available upgrades
    • Provide professional support through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
    • Work directly with approved travel suppliers to arrange and confirm bookings
    • Review reservation details, itineraries, and travel documents for accuracy
    • Maintain organized records of client interactions, reservations, and travel information
    • Monitor travel updates, destination information, and supplier announcements
    • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each client's trip

    Qualifications

    • Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or client relations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
    • Comfortable using computers, online booking systems, and digital communication tools
    • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
    • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
    • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
