Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restorative Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in assisting with a wide range of restorative procedures while ensuring patient comfort and clinical efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with lab cases
• Ensure proper infection control and compliance with OSHA standards
• Provide chairside support and anticipate the dentist’s needs
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant, with a focus on restorative dentistry
• Dental Assistant certification as required by MA state regulations
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
• Strong knowledge of restorative procedures and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
