Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time, school-based position in the Austin area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

About the Role
As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in daily school activities. You'll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students in accessing their educational environment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
- NBCOT certification preferred
- Open to new graduates and COTAs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with school teams to implement classroom strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
