Job Overview:
As a Full-Time Service Cashier, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our patrons, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance or product information as needed.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and safety.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
