Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - York, PASoliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in York, Pennsylvania for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the chance to support elementary-aged students while working within a collaborative educational environment.
Position Details- Location: York, PA

- Caseload: Elementary School Students
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Compensation: $45-$60 per hour, based on experience
- Employment Status: W-2 with benefits available
Responsibilities- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP License (or ability to obtain)
- Pennsylvania educational certification/clearances as required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
