Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

•  At least 13+ years of experience with Java/UX/JavaScript development (full stack) and delivering mission critical, fault tolerant applications

•  Experience working in a Gitlab/GitHub based dev-ops environments and adhering best SDLC practices

•  At least two years of experience using AI Code Assist tools with Claude LLMs and adopting AI DLC (AI Development Life Cycle)

•  Experience working in a Gitlab dev-ops environments to build pipeline, security analysis and deployment to AWS ECS environments

•  At least 10+ years of strong hand on development experience to develop in Java/JEE, Web Service and RESTful service rapidly in fast moving projects leverage AI DLC

•  At least 3 years of experience in UX/Javascript/HTML development leveraging, Vue, React or similar java script frameworks

•  Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills including requirements analysis, Object Oriented design patterns, and UML

•  Deep knowledge of API Integration, client browser JavaScript and User Interface design

•  Demonstrated knowledge with hands on experience using AWS cloud technologies including but not limited to ECS, ECR, S3, ALB, RDS, DMS, KMS, Secrets Manager, SSM, Config, CloudWatch, Lambda, SNS, SQS, IAM, Route 53

•  Nice to have terraform scripting experience to provision cloud resource for lower environment independently

•  Experience incorporating non-functional design aspects into the code components

•  Experience with quality assurance process for testing applications including functional, non-functional and parallel testing

•  Solid working experience in agile project delivery, following SCRUM practices, cross-functional contribution and excellent team collaboration capabilities

•  Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform in depth code reviews and ensure design and coding are adhering to security and architectural standards.

•  Ability to collaborate with multiple business and technical teams

•  Moderate knowledge of Word, Excel and productivity improvement tools

•  Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment

•  Must have Java/JEE certified (mandatory) & UX/JavaScript certification (mandatory). Optional: AWS developer/architect certification (desired) &

Python development experience (desired)

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC including coding, testing, and documentation independently

•  Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery

•  Work as cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed

•  Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members
