Job Summary:
The FullStack Developer will design and build scalable enterprise applications supporting client management solutions. This role focuses on full stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and React, while driving innovation, automation, and engineering best practices across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical solutions aligned with architectural and business requirements
Design, build, and scale enterprise applications and platforms
Implement automation across build, test, release, and configuration processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs
Act as a technical expert and contribute to engineering strategy and innovation
Support integration with operational tools and automated deployment pipelines
Partner with vendors and internal teams to stay current on emerging technologies
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and system performance
Manage stakeholder engagement and support enterprise-wide initiatives
Required Experience:
10+ years of full stack development experience
10+ years of Java development experience
Strong experience with Spring/Spring Boot and React
8–10 years of REST API development experience
Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with Maven build tools
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Degree or diploma in computer science or related field
