A boutique employment law firm in the Greater Boston area is looking for an experienced Employment Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys the full spectrum of employment law and wants meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the flexibility to build a practice within a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent both employees and employers in employment matters
• Handle state and federal employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work
• Draft and negotiate employment, severance, and separation agreements
• Advise executives on sophisticated employment matters, including equity compensation and stock options
• Counsel employers through discipline, termination, and workplace issues
• Advise employees regarding potential claims, restrictive covenants, and workplace disputes
• Draft and negotiate pre-litigation demand letters
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development

J.D. and Massachusetts Bar admission required.
