Position Title: Fundraising Sales Consultant / Sales Representative
Location: Remote | West Coast Territory — California, Arizona, Nevada & Washington | Las Vegas or Phoenix/Scottsdale Preferred
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 Base + Approximately 8–10% Commission | Flexibility up to approximately $80,000–$85,000 base for a highly qualified candidate
Travel: Approximately 10% Regional Travel for Fundraising Events

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new nonprofit, charity, and fundraising-event opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through an established professional network, referrals, LinkedIn, prospecting, and other relationship-development strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, charities, event planners, venues, and other fundraising partners.
- Convert prospects and referrals into qualified sales opportunities and new clients.
- Respond quickly to leads generated through company marketing and lead-generation programs.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Lead client contract negotiations and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Build strong knowledge of the company's fundraising solutions to confidently answer questions and overcome sales or business objections.
- Identify opportunities to help nonprofit clients increase fundraising results through live and silent auction offerings.
- Provide onsite auction support when required.
- Attend select fundraising events and leverage those events to build additional relationships and referral opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and sales forecasting.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 3–5+ years of professional sales, business development, or relationship-driven business experience preferred.
- Proven new-business development and relationship-building ability.
- Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets or generating revenue.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to turn relationships into business opportunities.
- Confident prospecting through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other outbound methods.
- Positive, engaging personality with strong professional presence.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships based on trust, reliability, and consistency.
- Self-motivated, determined, organized, and comfortable working with significant autonomy.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and confidently communicate the value of a solution.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and modern sales tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally for fundraising events when needed.
- Ability to represent a premium, white-glove brand professionally.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Direct nonprofit fundraising or charity auction sales experience.
- Existing relationships with nonprofits, charities, event planners, venues, or fundraising professionals.
- Experience within charity auction services, fundraising events, or experiential fundraising.
- Luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, or high-end event experience.
- Knowledge of premium venues and fundraising events throughout the Western U.S.
- Experience developing business through a personal or professional network.
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
- Strong familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, contract-management, and project-management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000. Flexibility may extend to approximately $80,000–$85,000 for an exceptionally qualified candidate.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $150,000
