Furniture Sales / Customer Service Representative

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Furniture Sales / Customer Service Representative for a growing company in the High Point area. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, sales ability, and an interest or experience in the furniture, home furnishings, design, or manufacturing industry.

This position will support customers throughout the sales and service process, including answering product questions, entering and tracking orders, following up on customer needs, providing quotes or pricing information, and helping resolve any order or delivery-related issues. The right candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable building relationships with customers while also supporting internal teams.

Location: High Point, NC
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000–$55,000/year DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, and general inquiries
• Support sales efforts through follow-up, relationship building, and customer communication
• Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory, shipping, delivery, and order updates
• Resolve customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
• Provide a high level of service to both new and existing customers

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous sales, customer service, account support, or order processing experience
• Furniture, home furnishings, design, manufacturing, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems
• Professional phone and email communication skills
