    Job Opportunities and Qualifications

    Patient Care Technician: As a Patient Care Technician you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your support brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most – and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day. 

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery 
    • Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices 
    • Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency 
    • Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control 
    • Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts 

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Patient Safety Attendant: The Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN), the PSA assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the PSA’s skills/training and the needs of the Department, and consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment. The PSA complies with all hospital policies/procedures and observes the State Board of Nursing rules for unlicensed personnel.​ 


  • What qualifications you will need:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR 
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • CNA Training Program preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an acute care setting preferred
Phlebotomist: Under close supervision, the Phlebotomist I performs skillful phlebotomy on the correct patient, utilizing knowledge of age related factors, specimen requirements, specimen volume, aseptic technique and universal precautions.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) from the ASCP Board of Certification, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and utilize good customer relations skills
