We’re expanding and looking for a
high-character, sales-driven Service Technician who loves people, thrives on helping homeowners, and takes pride in doing things right.
You don’t need garage-door experience — we’ll teach you that.What we can’t teach is integrity, positive attitude, and drive to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Provide garage door service, maintenance, and replacement for residential customers (training provided).
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience at every visit — from first handshake to final check.
- Educate homeowners on repair options and product upgrades that improve safety, performance, and curb appeal.
- Manage daily work orders, materials, and payments with accuracy.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, safety, and community service.
What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical aptitude or experience in service industries is a plus (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, car salesperson etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $140,000+ annual potential (performance incentives).
