Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 12 PM - 10 PM, 4 days a week

We are a cozy independent bistro dedicated to quality, creativity, and great hospitality. We're seeking a talented chef to join our kitchen team and help us deliver fresh, flavorful cold dishes with style and care.

Job Description:

As our Garde Manger Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting all cold dishes including salads, charcuterie, and pastry. Attention to detail, creativity, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble cold dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Manage mise en place for the garde manger station efficiently
• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garde manger area
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage of product
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a garde manger cook or similar role preferred
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen environment
• Passion for quality food and presentation
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Schedule & Benefits:

• 4 days per week, Tuesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 10 PM
