Newly established compensation model for both new associates and partnership conversions! Compensation & Benefits:

• Updated Starting Base Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure
• Updated Partnership Compensation - over $750,000
• Clear path to early partnership with ASC Ownership and additional income stream
