Gastroenterology Opportunity in Greater Boston (Chelmsford, MA)
Join a well-established private practice GI group of 4 physicians and 5 APPs, supported by a strong referral base and modern facilities. This position offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in.
Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure
Partnership Compensation - over $750,000
