Job Summary: We are looking for a Change Manager to support transformation efforts in the Global Technology Management Office. This role focuses on driving adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, delivering change management plans, and implementing digital learning strategies to support AI-driven transformation.
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, and technology adoption.
Proven experience in driving the use of AI in the workplace.
Strong background in developing and implementing digital learning strategies.
Experience with training delivery, scheduling sessions, and coordinating adoption efforts.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
Experience with Articulate 360 or other e-learning tools.
Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning.
