Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yrOverview Triosim Corporation is seeking a detail oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's financial operations while working in a collaborative office environment under the guidance of our Controller.The General Accountant will manage accounting operations for designated entities, handling accruals and account reconciliations. This role involves analyzing financial data and supporting the preparation of financial reports to track and maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other key financial activities throughout the organization.Responsibilities Review general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries across multiple entities.Preforming account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts for multiple entities.Daily cash management.Assist in analyzing financial and operational reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in annual renewals and miscellaneous government reports and surveys.Prepare and file sales and use and personal property tax returns in multiple states.Assist in year-end audit work papers.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.3-5 years of experience in general accounting preferred.Thorough understanding of GAAP.CPA License preferred.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Dynamics GP is a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.Paid Time Off.401(K) with Company Match.AD&D and Life Insurance.Flexible Scheduling.Work Environment and Hours This position is an in-person role at our Corporate office.
