General Application - Internship

Who we’re looking for

You’re curious, and you ask “why?” more often than most people. You’d rather figure something out than wait to be told. You may not know yet exactly where your career is headed, but you know you want to learn fast, do meaningful work, and be around people who care.

The problem you’ll help us solve

Millions of Americans are saving for retirement without knowing they have more control over their future than they think. At IRA Financial, we help people take charge of their retirement savings and invest in what they believe in.

Our challenge is reaching and serving more people and doing it better every day. We need fresh eyes, new ideas, and someone willing to roll up their sleeves to help us.

What you’ll get from us

When you leave this internship, you’ll be different from when you started. You’ll have:

• Real work that matters. You’ll have projects you can point to and say, “I built that.”
• Confidence. You’ll know how a growing company works from the inside, and you’ll know you can contribute.
• A clearer sense of direction. You’ll find out what you love doing, what you’re good at, and where you want to go next.
