Qualifications

• Experience: Background in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center construction.
• Document Control: Ability to read blueprints, submittals, and specifications.
• Software: Hands-on experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
• Site Management: Experience coordinating trade subcontractors, tracking material deliveries, running field inspections, and issuing permits (hot work, safety checks).
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30, Fall Protection, Forklift, or Aerial Lift certifications preferred.
• Travel: Ability to work on site for extended project schedules, including potential nights, weekends, or shutdown/commissioning windows as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk active jobsites, stand for extended periods, and navigate unfinished structures daily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear full personal protective equipment (PPE).
