About the Role:
Nirah Group of Companies LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality construction projects. 



Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled construction tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance on job sites
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and crew members to meet project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Identify and troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment 
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of company vehicles and follow all company vehicle policies  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience in construction, skilled trades, or a related field preferred 
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
  • Ability to operate an escavator, skid-steer, and man-lift is an added advantage 
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license 
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish  
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and extended shifts as multi-day projects require 
  • For qualifying multi-day assignments, requiring overnight stays, the company will provide and cover the cost of hotel accommodations and breakfast for the duration of the assignment.
