Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and general dental services
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health
• Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate and transparent communication
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and fellow dentists to coordinate comprehensive care
• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and collaborative learning opportunities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
• Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities
