We are looking for a skilled, full-time General Dentist to step into our booming practice in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This opportunity gives you total clinical freedom to treat your patients your way, while our top-tier office management team takes care of the billing, scheduling, and paperwork. We offer a premium compensation package of $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, paired with a comprehensive benefits bundle including medical insurance, a generous CE allowance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
What you will do
Perform detailed dental exams, interpret digital X-rays, and accurately diagnose oral health issues.
Create and present customized, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Deliver high-quality restorative care, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, and endodontic procedures.
Perform routine oral surgeries, simple and surgical extractions, and preventative therapies.
Educate patients on oral disease prevention and maintaining long-term dental health.
Lead and collaborate effectively with an experienced team of dental hygienists and assistants.
What we are looking for
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a CODA-accredited university.
Active, clear license to practice dentistry in the State of Oklahoma (or immediate eligibility).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
A warm, empathetic chairside manner that helps patients feel comfortable and at ease.
A strong work ethic and the desire to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
