GENERAL DENTIST / ASSOCIATE DENTIST – HIGH PRODUCTION | BRONX, NY

Location: New York, BronxSchedule: Full-Time M-FCompensation: W-2 Employment | 35% of Collections with no lab deductions + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period around $800 - $1000Patient Mix: PPO / Medicaid / FFS  Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

What You'll Do 

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses 

• Develop and present treatment plans 

• Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care 

• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health 

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation 

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care 

• Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements

Required 

• Endodontics 
• Extraction Experience
• Implant placement and restoration
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 

• Active Dental License in New York

• DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) 

• Strong communication and patient education skills 

• Commitment to quality patient care 

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

• Invisalign® Certification 

• Implant Restoration Experience 

Preferred 

• Invisalign® Certification 

• Implant Restoration Experience 

• Implant Placement Experience 

• Cosmetic dentistry experience 

• Endodontic experience 

• Oral surgery experience 

• Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
