 Dream Smile Dental is a fast growing privately owned practice in the community and we are looking to add a well-trained General Dentist with a great personality to join our team.

Practice Location: Dream Smile Dental - 801 Upland Ave, Ste B, Chester, PA 19013

We are expanding to a second location that opens up an opportunity as our current dentist will be reducing caseload at our Chester location. This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a stable, consistent patient schedule for an experienced dentist.

Key Points:

• Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients.
• Well-organized practice with mix of Medicaid and private insurance patients.
• Practice equipped with CBCT, iTero.
• Excellent clinical support by well-trained EFDAs/Dental Assistants.
• Mentorship available for molar root canals, implants placement and surgical extractions.

Compensation:

• Daily minimum for an initial period of 3 months
• 30-35% of Collections

Schedule:

• Flexible full-time or part-time
• No weekends

Requirements:

• Strong treatment presentation skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Active PA dental license
