Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
PPO/FFS practice: with NO Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, or DMO participation

Arlington Roots Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our highly productive, multi-generational family practice in Arlington. This is a unique opportunity to replace a successful provider and step into an established schedule supported by a loyal patient base, 50-55 new patients per month, experienced clinical support, and strong demand for comprehensive restorative care. Providers benefit from immediate production opportunities, a PPO-focused patient mix, advanced technology, and the autonomy to practice a broad scope of dentistry in a respected community practice.

- Practice with full clinical autonomy and provide comprehensive general dentistry and advanced procedures within your scope of practice.
- Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships.
- Collaborate with and lead the dental team to create an outstanding patient experience.
- Support practice growth, patient retention, and a positive team culture.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical and safety standards.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS and or additional registrations, and certifications applicable to your scope of practice
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
