Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment.

You will work across two well-established locations with strong patient bases, supported by an experienced team and modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider who is open to coaching, values consistency in patient care, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a relationship-driven practice.

• $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days with quarterly true-up

Practice Overview:

• Two office locations with 6 operatories each
• Collaborative team including owner and associate providers
• Fee-for-service model with limited insurance participation (Delta Dental)
• Strong hygiene program with flexible assisted and single-column workflows
• Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate
• Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication
• Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations
• Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Hampshire dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Open to coaching and collaboration within a team environment
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
