General Dentist (Ownership Potential) - Mainline Philly

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to a general dentist out of the Mainline Philadelphia, PA area! We have a client that is rapidly expanding and looking to bring an associate into their Mainline Philadelphia location. This opportunity is with a small, but growing group. They are firm on providing quality care to their patients and not pushing production numbers. Their practice in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeing FFS/PPO patients and is sure to offer you practice autonomy. This is a W-2 position that comes along with health benefits, 401(k) plan, and CE/malpractice options. To be considered, candidates MUST be committed to the highest quality of patient care and have an ownership mindset. There will be future ownership potential for the right candidate!

Requirements:

• PA dental license- with no disciplinary actions (or application in process)
• (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with the potential for a 4th day
• 2+ years of practice experience required, ideally 4-5 years+

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700 Daily Rate Guarantee
