General Dentist $20,000 Sign On Bonus

The Position: Our client is looking for a Dentist. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $225,000 Base Salary or 32% of Collections (no Lab Fees) or 35% (With Lab Fees)
• Salary Can Be Broken Down to a Daily Guarantee
• Quarterly Profit Sharing
• Pathway to Partnership up to 20% Sweat Equity

• PTO- 4 Weeks- 2 Weeks Paid, 2 Weeks Unpaid
• CE $1500 With Access to Spear Education and Ortho Brain

Requirements:

• Licensed Dentist in the State
• Experienced Dentist Preferred 3 Years Minimum
• 2 Doctor Office
• No New Grads
• Endo Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
• Would Consider 4 Days
