HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a well-established private dental practice in their search for a skilled General Dentist to join their team!

 Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Experience: 1+ years as a General Dentist (new grads welcome to apply)

About the Role:

We are seeking a patient-focused, skilled General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional private practice setting. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team, perform a wide range of procedures, and build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

️ Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
️ Perform routine and complex dental procedures with precision and care
️ Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs
️ Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
️ Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
️ Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to compliance standards
️ Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

Qualifications:

️ DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
️ Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
️ 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
️ Strong communication and patient care skills
️ Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a fast-paced environment
