Compensation & Benefits

• $275,000+ annual compensation based on production
• Tiered production percentage: 28%–34%

Schedule & Lifestyle

• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
• 5 days optional if desired

Office Hours:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements
