Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver a full range of general dentistry services, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment options to patients, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build strong patient relationships through attentive, compassionate care and effective communication.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active dental license in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical skills across general dentistry procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team.
