Kickstart your journey with our exclusive New Doctor Bootcamp, led by Dr. AJ Acierno, our President of Clinical Operations, during your first week. Schedule (days/hours): M 7:30-4:30, T and W 8am-5pm, TR 7:30am-4:30pm, F 8-1 Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. 
  • Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
  • Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school 
  • Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining) 
  • Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000 per year About:

Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include malpractice insurance, time off options, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
