The General dishwasher and cleaner works under normal supervision of the Charge hand, Supervisor or Manager. Coordinate daily dishwashing helps during peak hours.

As a General dishwasher and cleaner, your key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for dishwashing machine operation and reports to supervisor any malfunction of machine;
• Removes waste, cutlery and dishes from trays. Sorts cutlery and dishes and places in special washing trays or in stacks;
• Loads and unloads machine with washing trays and places serving trays and plates on belts;
• Removes washed dishes from conveyor, places in mobile trucks, moves mobile trucks to using location an places dishes in using units;
• Cleans floor in dishwashing area;
• Prepares garbage and food residues for disposal;
• Removes garbage;
• Performs daily maintenance cleaning;
• Performs any other related tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of three (3) months of equivalent experience.
