We are seeking a certified 3rd Grade Teacher to join our school community in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Ohio teaching license and preferably a Reading Endorsement, with a passion for literacy instruction and student growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio state standards
Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
Integrate literacy strategies across subjects to strengthen reading skills
Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote student success
